+ cookies are packed & sealed before being placed into a box

+ The cookies are best eaten within 2 weeks, kept in a cool and dry place, in an airtight container once opened. 

+ delivery of first box is made within 2-4 working days from day of ordering; subsequent deliveries are fulfilled between 8-15th of every month

+ delivery is made directly to your doorstep (self collection is also possible, you may select the option on the checkout page)

+ after payment for first box is made, subsequent payment will be automated on the 7th of every month - payment has to be completed before delivery is processed

+ to pause, skip or cancel your subscription, you may log in to your account and do so directly; you do not need to create an account before making the purchase, once purchase is complete, you may use the same email address to log in and access your dashboard to make changes

+ when your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking information of your parcel to stay updated on the delivery

+ subsequent month box content will be revealed on the 1st/2nd of each month, which means you have at least 5 days to consider if you'd like to continue, skip or pause after the box reveal!
