If your order is a gift:

1. Please confirm that the Shipping Address provided is accurate. Please fill up your own details under both Contact Information and Billing Address to avoid order confirmation email/sms from being sent to the recipient.

2. Please ensure that the recipient is contactable/available to receive the order.

If address is incomplete/wrong, the courier will attempt to contact the mobile number provided (under "Shipping Information"). There is a grace period of 15 mins once the courier arrives at the destination.
After which, the courier would have to leave to continue with other deliveries.

We try our best to re-deliver on the same day, however this is subject to the availability and re-delivery charges ($15-25) will apply. If there is no update on the day of delivery, the order will be cancelled and no refund will be made.
